They evolve from the green turtle pokemon. But I may redo the whole turtle tree, it's not my best.

It branches off from the green tortoise Pokémon, even though it isn't shown in this diagram.

No not yet, I don't think there are any except maybe a simple Tauros/Bouffalant ancestor on the forum maybe.

Yes, although it's not represented on the tree at the moment, Torkoal will naturally go underneath the green tortoise Pokémon. You may have also noticed that isn't exactly a regular Blastoise.
